The houses run three to four bedrooms at $440 to $510, frequently with a separate laundry, a garage and a decent backyard, all of which form part of the exit checklist.
What local agents look at
In the apartment buildings, agents check balconies, the inside of the oven, and the storage cage, which is the item most often left with something in it. In the houses it is the oven, the shower and the garage.
