    Yes. Every price we quote and show on this page includes GST, so the number you see is the number you pay.
    Why do you say prices are "from"?
    Starting prices assume an unfurnished property in standard condition. Heavy build-up, grease or mould can add time, so we confirm your exact fixed price before we book, and that price then holds on the day.
    What add-ons can I include?
    Carpet steam cleaning from $110 per room, with the oven already included, and exterior window cleaning quoted separately. Add them when you book and they're bundled into your fixed price.
    Is there a cheaper option if my place is already quite clean?
    Tell us the condition when you request your quote. We price on the real property, so a well-kept home is priced accordingly.
