These terms apply to end of lease and bond cleaning services provided by End Lease Clean Sydney. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide about the property (size, condition and add-ons). All prices include GST. If the property differs significantly from what was described, or is in a heavier condition than a standard clean allows, we may adjust the quote and will let you know before starting.
Bookings and access
You are responsible for arranging safe access to the property at the agreed time, whether in person, via the agent, or by lockbox. If we cannot access the property at the booked time, a call-out or rescheduling fee may apply.
The clean
We clean to a real-estate-standard end of lease checklist. Best results come from an empty, unfurnished property with working power and water. Some outcomes (for example, permanent stains, damage, or pre-existing wear) cannot be resolved by cleaning.
72-hour re-clean guarantee
If your property manager or landlord is not satisfied with the clean, contact us within 72 hours of the service and we will return to re-clean the flagged areas at no extra charge. This guarantee covers cleaning only. It is not a guarantee that your bond will be returned, as bond outcomes depend on factors outside cleaning such as damage, repairs and rent.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. We will confirm accepted payment methods when you book.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible to change or cancel a booking. Cancellations at short notice may incur a fee to cover the reserved time.
Liability
We take care in every property we clean and carry out our work with reasonable skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the cleaning service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
